It is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of the phgold platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phgold makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phgold account. Registering multiple accounts, or registering an account on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
To access the full features of the phgold platform, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
In compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, phgold requires all players to complete identity verification before making withdrawals or accessing full account functionality. Acceptable documents for KYC verification include:

Each game available on the phgold platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between game results displayed on your device and the phgold server records, the server records shall be the definitive and binding record.

All sports betting markets and odds are subject to change without notice prior to the start of an event. phgold reserves the right to suspend, void, or recalculate betting markets in the event of errors, rule violations, match abandonment, or other circumstances affecting the integrity of the sporting event. Official results as declared by the relevant sporting authority shall govern settlement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgold's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phgold platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your phgold account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phgold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the phgold platform, even if phgold has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phgold does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for any interruptions to service resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures, natural disasters, or any force majeure event as defined under Philippine law.
phgold collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and as further described in the phgold Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the phgold platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phgold does not sell personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to PAGCOR regulatory reporting obligations, KYC verification service providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention systems — all under contractual data protection obligations.

phgold reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) phgold is required to do so by regulatory order from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority; (c) phgold suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with your account; or (d) your account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
You may close your phgold account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Governing Law) — shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phgold platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phgold support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
